Social Media Manager
KEY ROLES:
- Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Design basic social media creatives using Canva and apply fundamental graphic design principles.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, including handling communication via WhatsApp when required.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends.
Requirments
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media management.
- Must be well-versed in all major social media platforms and actively maintain personal social media accounts.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills with excellent grammar.
- Proficient in Canva with basic graphic design knowledge.
- Understanding of branding, engagement strategies, and audience growth.
