Available Position

Business Analyst

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to apply.

Education

Applicants must have 16 years of education in one of the following fields:

Business Administration
Computer Science
Engineering
Other relevant fields

A Master’s degree (MBA / MS or equivalent) will be preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

Candidates with the following certifications will have an advantage:

BPM (Business Process Management)
Lean Six Sigma
RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Digital Transformation Certifications

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have 3–5 years of professional experience in:

Digital transformation projects
Process automation
Operational excellence initiatives

Hands-on experience with the following is highly desirable:

RPA tools
Workflow systems
Enterprise automation platforms

Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or large enterprise environments will be preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates should possess strong analytical and management skills including:

Strong understanding of business processes and operating models
Expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, and automation
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management and execution capability
Ability to manage change and lead teams effectively
