Position Details – Assistant Manager Design & Solutions
The Assistant Manager – Design & Solutions at the Center for Executive Education will oversee quality assurance across the full CEE program lifecycle, including program design, delivery, evaluation, and impact reporting.
The position requires working closely with faculty members, corporate partners, and institutional clients to develop and deliver high-quality executive education programs.
The role also involves managing grant and tender proposals, program evaluation services, and governance-related assignments.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance across the full CEE lifecycle (design, delivery, evaluation, impact reporting).
- Institutionalize SOPs and quality benchmarks.
- Support design for open enrollment, diploma, customized corporate, and board-level programs.
- Translate client needs into structured learning frameworks and delivery models.
- Draft and manage CEE proposals, grants, and tender submissions.
- Manage industry-facing and high-end public sector projects from planning to completion.
- Conduct needs assessments and support program customization.
- Coordinate Board Evaluation Services and governance-related assignments.
- Allocate trainers and experts aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor participant feedback, faculty performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare impact reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership.
- Ensure documentation discipline, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or institute
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in higher education institutions
