1. Chief Human Resource and Career Planning Officer

Age Limit: Up to 60 years

Required Qualification

Master Degree (Management Science) preferably in Human Resources or related field from a local/foreign university.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years relevant experience including:
- 3 years experience at senior management level
- Experience in HOD / BPS-20 organizations
- Organizations having total assets more than five billion rupees

Additional Requirements

Certifications/courses in Human Resource Management from reputed institutions (national/international) will be a strong preference.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preference will be given to candidates having Power Sector experience

2. Chief Information Technology Officer

Age Limit: Up to 60 years

Required Qualification

16 years degree (Master’s preferred) in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
  from HEC recognized local/foreign universities.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years relevant experience
Including 3 years senior management experience
Experience working in large private or government sector organizations
Experience managing large scale IT infrastructure
Experience working with sales/business teams

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of:
- Information Systems
- Software
- Programming Languages
- Frameworks
- Industry IT trends

Professional Experience

ERP development for:
- HR systems
- Supply Chain systems
- Project systems
- Financial management systems
Experience in:
- Leading complex IT projects

Ability to manage large geographically dispersed teams

Required Qualification

Master Degree in Management Science preferably in Supply Chain Management
OR
Minimum 16 years degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

From HEC recognized universities

Additional Certification

Certification in Supply Chain Management from recognized institutions.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years relevant experience
Including 3 years at senior management level
Experience in HOD / BPS-20 organizations
Organizations with assets of five billion rupees or more

Professional Knowledge

Extensive knowledge of:
- Supply chain management
- Procurement systems
- Inventory management
- ERP supply chain modules

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preference given to candidates with Power Sector experience

The selected candidates will:

Remuneration & Tenure

Market-based competitive salary package
Salary based on qualifications and experience
Contract period: Three (03) years
Contract may be extended based on satisfactory performance
Package includes EPF / CPF benefits
