Assistant Manager Business Development – CEE
The Assistant Manager Business Development plays a key role in developing and delivering high-quality executive education programs across multiple professional development product lines offered by the IBA Center for Executive Education.
The selected candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of executive programs, including client engagement, program design, faculty coordination, and post-program evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for the Assistant Manager Business Development – CEE position include:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
- Build strong strategic relationships with clients and organizations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging training needs.
Program Design & Development
- Convert client leads into successful training programs.
- Design program agendas for:
- Open enrollment programs
- Customized workshops
- Diplomas
- Corporate governance programs
- Ensure programs align with client learning objectives.
Faculty Management
- Identify and recruit subject matter experts to deliver program content.
- Build strong relationships with faculty members to maintain program quality and consistency.
Participant Coordination
- Manage participant onboarding including:

- Facilitate participant engagement during the program.
- Handle post-program follow-up and evaluations.
Financial Management
- Assist in preparing program budgets.
- Coordinate with finance teams to prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Proposal Writing
- Develop professional proposals for potential clients.
