Position Details

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university (Master’s preferred)
• Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 14, 2026
• 3 to 5 years of banking experience with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of banking policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of fraud risk management and compliance assurance frameworks
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review of conventional fraud reports prior to final issuance
• Review digital and FTDH reports on sample basis post issuance
• Perform root cause analysis of fraud cases and reports
• Support investigation teams in developing comprehensive MIS reports
• Identify control gaps and recommend remedial actions to minimize fraud recurrence
• Assist line manager in daily compliance and QA activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for effective compliance implementation
