Position Details

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university (Master’s preferred)
• Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 14, 2026
• 3 to 5 years of banking experience with at least 2 years of relevant compliance or fraud risk experience
• Strong understanding of banking policies, SOPs, operations and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of fraud risk management and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review of conventional fraud reports before final issuance
• Review Digital and FTDH reports on a sample basis post issuance
• Perform root cause analysis of fraud incidents and reports
• Support investigation departments in developing comprehensive MIS reports
• Identify control gaps and suggest remedial actions to minimize fraud recurrence
• Assist line manager in day-to-day compliance and assurance activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen compliance controls and reporting
• Perform any additional assignments as directed by senior management
