Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized or foreign university
- Manager: 4–7 years experience in banking
- Assistant Manager: 2–4 years experience in banking
- Preference for 2+ years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of compliance, SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks
Responsibilities
- Review bank policies, SOPs, and Product Programs
- Coordinate with process owners
- Identify and assess compliance risks in ORAP
- Evaluate internal audit gaps (EICs) and follow up
- Prepare monthly compliance reports
- Review circulars, office notes, MOUs, SLAs, and BRDs
- Ensure SBP and internal audit observations are addressed
