Requirements
- BS Computer Sciences, B.Com, or Bachelor Statistics
- 2 years experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Data entry and management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
- Willingness to work in laboratory environment
Responsibilities
- Process PHLN laboratory surveillance data
- Enter data into laboratory information systems
- Maintain and update PHLN databases
- Generate periodic reports for stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and accuracy
- Perform data cleaning and validation
- Support laboratory data analysis activities
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory data
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Provide technical support to laboratory staff
- Backup and secure database systems
- Coordinate with national PHLN data managers
