Position Details

Requirements

• CMA Passed / CA Finalist (articles completed) / ACCA Member / MBA (Finance)
• Minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized university/institute
• Minimum 08 years of working experience in aviation sector, infrastructure development, or financial institutions
• Demonstrated expertise in financial budgeting, implementation, and monitoring
• Experience in leading projects including data migration and system implementation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and financial tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create data visualizations (charts, dashboards, reports)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ADP (Annual Development Programme) financial activities
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee project financing, implementation, and performance tracking
• Develop financial models and data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and government regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments for project execution
• Support digital transformation and financial system improvements
• Present financial reports to senior management
