Position Details

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Digital Media, Social Media & Digital Marketing, or Media & Communication Studies (with specialization in Digital Media)
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification professional experience in public relations, social media strategy, online communications, or corporate digital engagement
• At least 3 years of experience managing official or verified social media accounts of large corporations, government organizations, or public sector entities
• Strong knowledge of designing and executing platform-specific digital strategies and managing high-follower institutional accounts
• Demonstrated ability to handle public interaction, run organic and paid digital campaigns, and produce multimedia content (video, graphics, short-form content)
• Proven expertise in managing digital communication during crises or sensitive events
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven leadership in a public relations or corporate communications environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies for enhancing the public relations of Pakistan Airports Authority
• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms (including handling high-follower accounts)
• Produce and oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, and social media posts) for digital platforms
• Handle public interactions on social media and manage reputation-sensitive communication
• Plan and implement both organic and paid social media campaigns to increase engagement and awareness
• Manage and monitor online feedback, ensuring positive communication outcomes
• Ensure all digital communications are aligned with the PAA's branding and communication guidelines
• Work closely with senior management and other teams to coordinate digital communication efforts during high-sensitivity events or crises
