Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture along with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an HEC-recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction, maintenance, and project management.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale corporate, government, or banking infrastructure projects.
- No criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations of the Building & Works Department.
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of new branch constructions and office renovations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance of bank buildings, equipment, and physical assets.
- Manage vendor contracts, construction tenders, and outsourced maintenance teams.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with national building codes and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for building works and infrastructure development.
