Act as the Bank’s strategic HR partner to business and regional leadership across 900+ branches. Align HR initiatives with business goals, drive performance, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements. Leverage HR analytics and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence. Ideal for senior HR/HRBP leaders from banking/financial services with 9–12 years’ experience and at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other business-related discipline from an HEC-recognized or foreign university
- Relevant professional HR/HRBP certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRBP certifications)
- Age: Up to 55 years as of April 20, 2026
- Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably in banking or financial services
- Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR function and cross-functional teams
- Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Familiarity with HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce planning tools
- In-depth understanding of SBP regulations and labor law compliance
- Ability to influence and advise business leaders on people-related decisions
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to business and regional leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance, productivity, and operational excellence
- Identify talent gaps and support recruitment, succession planning, and capability development in collaboration with HR teams
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives
- Promote employee engagement, manage employee relations, and facilitate effective conflict resolution
- Drive change management and support organizational transformation initiatives across business units
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated and high-quality HR solutions
- Facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions for business units
- Design and run engagement and culture-building interventions
- Advise business leaders on organization design and right-sizing initiatives
- Support HRIS enhancements and data quality for analytics
- Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for disciplinary cases, inquiries, and policy updates
