Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across The Bank of Punjab’s 900+ branches nationwide. Build employer branding, campus and early-career pipelines, and leverage ATS and hiring analytics for data-driven recruitment. Partner with business heads and the CHRO on workforce planning, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring while maintaining compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies. This is a high-visibility, Band 4–2 role ideal for HR leaders from banking/financial services with 9–12 years of experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other business-related discipline from an HEC recognized or foreign university
  • Relevant professional HR/TA certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHRi, CIPD, ATD, etc.)
  • Age: Up to 55 years as of April 20, 2026
  • Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR function and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology (ATS), hiring metrics, and analytics
  • Deep knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws and SBP regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-volume hiring across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Bank’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent nationwide
  • Design and implement structured, competency-based selection processes in line with industry best practices
  • Build and strengthen the Bank’s employer brand and develop strategic talent pipelines, including campus and early-career programs
  • Leverage recruitment technology and analytics (ATS, hiring metrics) to drive efficient, data-driven decisions
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture
  • Define and monitor TA KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, etc.)
  • Optimize sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, consultants, campus drives) for quality and cost
  • Design and run assessment centers, leadership hiring panels, and structured interviewing frameworks
  • Standardize job descriptions, grading alignment, and offer processes across business units
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and L&D to ensure smooth onboarding and early engagement
  • Prepare periodic recruitment dashboards and insights for CHRO and business heads
