Drive the Bank’s learning strategy across 900+ branches by designing and delivering leadership, functional, compliance, digital, and behavioral training. Own Training Needs Analysis, blended learning, LMS/e-learning, and ROI measurement. Build leadership pipelines, executive coaching support, and manage the L&D budget and external partnerships. This Band 4–2 role is ideal for L&D leaders from banking/financial services with 9–12 years’ experience and at least 5 years in senior organizational learning roles.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other business-related discipline from an HEC-recognized or foreign university
- Relevant professional L&D/HR certifications preferred
- Age: Up to 55 years as of April 20, 2026
- Experience: Minimum 9–12 years in HR and/or Learning & Development, preferably in banking or financial services
- Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing organizational learning initiatives
- Strong exposure to LMS, e-learning, blended learning, and digital platforms
- Ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI using analytics
- Experience managing L&D budgets and external partnerships/trainers
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Bank’s Training & Development strategy aligned with business and human capital priorities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design targeted learning interventions
- Oversee delivery of comprehensive learning programs
- Drive blended and digital learning initiatives through LMS and e-learning
- Use analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop leadership pipelines and executive coaching
- Manage L&D budget and external partnerships
- Lead and develop the Training & Development team
- Ensure compliance training requirements
