Position Details

Requirements

• Masters in Mass Communication, Sociology, or Social Sciences or Equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in community mobilization preferred
• Knowledge of health education principles
• Computer proficiency for material development
• Ability to work with diverse mountain communities
• Willingness to travel within GB region
• Urdu and regional language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop health education programs for GB region
• Conduct community awareness campaigns on disease prevention
• Prepare educational materials and IEC materials
• Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders
• Monitor health education program effectiveness
• Train community health workers on health promotion
• Organize health camps and awareness sessions
• Support social mobilization for immunization campaigns
• Conduct KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice) surveys
• Liaise with media for health messaging
• Document best practices and success stories
• Support behavior change communication activities
