Position Details

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from HEC recognized local or foreign university
• Maximum age not more than 55 years as of application date
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant banking experience
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, SME financing and banking policies
• Knowledge of SBP prudential regulations and risk management frameworks
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessment of SME and commercial credit proposals
• Evaluate credit cases based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Ensure timely processing of credit proposals within defined turnaround time
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports covering industry and business analysis
• Review collateral reports including stock, valuation and search reports
• Identify key risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Revalidate financial spreads, risk ratings and expected credit loss calculations
• Monitor compliance with covenants, deferrals and loan expiries
• Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory credit policies
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure alignment with approved packages
• Prepare and update credit portfolio MIS reports
• Conduct client visits to assess business operations and industry dynamics
