Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 13, 2026
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience
- Strong understanding of digital banking, conversational AI, and chatbot technologies
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML/CFT, data privacy, and digital compliance
- Experience in product management, UX design, and customer journey mapping
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for conversational banking channels including SMS, WhatsApp and chatbots
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital banking
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle for conversational banking services
- Define business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Design seamless customer journeys and conversation flows for optimal user experience
- Implement data-driven engagement strategies to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on insights and analytics
- Collaborate with retail banking and contact center teams to align business goals
- Ensure compliance with digital regulations including AML/CFT, cloud policies and data privacy laws
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee SLAs
- Define KPIs and analyze user data for strategic decision making
