Requirements
- At least Matriculate education
- Experience in office support preferred
- Good communication skills
- Physical fitness for errands
- Punctuality and reliability
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in Islamabad
Responsibilities
- Serve tea and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle file movement and document delivery
- Assist in photocopying and printing
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Run official errands outside office
- Assist in meeting room setup
- Receive and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain visitor register
- Assist in event organization
- Support administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
