Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), an AAA-rated financial institution, is looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Officer – Assets & Logistics. Based at the ZTBL Head Office in Islamabad, this mid-career role is critical for ensuring the efficient management, tracking, and maintenance of the bank’s extensive physical assets across its nationwide network. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, inventory control, fleet management, and procurement support. We require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in asset management or logistics within a corporate environment. Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (14-year education, e.g., BBA, B.Com, BS) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in assets management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and asset tracking systems.
- No criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the comprehensive database of the bank's physical assets.
- Coordinate the logistics and transportation of bank equipment and materials across branches.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct periodic physical verifications, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset utilization, maintenance schedules, and logistics costs.
