The Bank is offering a high impact career opportunity for experienced professionals by hiring a Product Manager – Core Cards in its Cards & Payment Division under the Digital Banking Group at Lahore.
This role is ideal for candidates specializing in card products, digital payments, and banking product management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end lifecycle of core credit card products, driving innovation, and enhancing customer experience across digital channels.
The position offers strong exposure to card networks, fintech integration, and digital banking transformation initiatives.
Candidates with experience in credit card product management, revenue optimization, and digital banking ecosystems will have a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university
- Preference will be given to candidates with Master’s degree
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 14 2026
- Minimum 7 years of relevant banking or non banking experience
- Strong knowledge of credit cards, payments ecosystem and digital banking platforms
- Experience in product management, P&L management and customer segmentation strategies preferred
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and card network operations
Responsibilities
- Enhance core credit card program across end to end lifecycle in coordination with Head of Credit Cards
- Initiate product development and innovation projects with cross functional teams
- Develop product strategy, planning and execution for core credit card portfolio
- Analyze customer needs, market opportunities and competitor offerings to create value propositions
- Manage P&L for credit card products to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop cross sell programs to enhance customer relationships
- Manage digital channels including website and mobile banking for card services
- Build and maintain relationships with card networks such as Visa, MasterCard and PayPak
- Drive product enhancements to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless product execution
