The selected candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing digital banking solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The position offers strong exposure to branchless banking systems, financial inclusion initiatives, and modern digital financial services platforms.
Candidates with strong experience in product development, digital banking solutions, and stakeholder management will have a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 15 2026
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant banking experience
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, branchless banking and fintech ecosystems
- Experience in product management, business analysis and stakeholder coordination preferred
- Understanding of SBP regulations, compliance and risk management frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap and growth strategy
- Manage product profitability and monitor product level P&L
- Develop and improve product policies, manuals and workflows
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product enhancement
- Develop go to market strategies for new products and features
- Plan and prioritize product backlog and enhancements
- Prepare and approve BRDs, CRs, SOPs and user guides
- Coordinate with IT teams for product development and deployment
- Perform user acceptance testing and validate product delivery
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance financial inclusion services
- Identify cross sell opportunities and monitor execution
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with audit, governance and compliance teams
- Monitor risk activities and improve risk management processes
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Support internal stakeholders and clients with problem solving
- Manage programs such as G2P, payroll and digital solutions
- Monitor implementation, performance and compliance of programs
