Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university (Master’s preferred)
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 11, 2026
- For Band 11 to Band 10: Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience
- For Band 9: Minimum 4 years of banking experience including 2 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of agriculture credit, rural finance and banking operations
- Understanding of SBP regulations and agri financing policies
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and marketing targets for agriculture credit products including government subsidized schemes
- Mobilize deposits and expand customer portfolio as per assigned targets
- Manage collection and recovery of assigned loan portfolio
- Initiate agriculture credit proposals and submit for approval within defined turnaround time
- Coordinate with CIU-ACD for rectification of discrepancies in proposals
- Ensure completion of post-approval documentation and submit to RCAD for DAC issuance
- Liaise with RCAD for limit feeding and loan disbursement processing
- Conduct periodic stock inspections and submit visit reports as per policy requirements
- Initiate loan settlement proposals and ensure release of securities
- Ensure timely renewal and review of credit facilities and DAC issuance
- Monitor insurance renewals, valuations and resolve deferrals or exceptions
- Maintain proper record keeping and documentation standards
- Supervise and monitor team performance to achieve assigned targets
- Provide coaching, mentoring and support to team members
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by Unit Head or management
