Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 7 years of banking experience
- Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development or relationship management
- Strong understanding of banking products, customer acquisition and sales strategies
- Knowledge of SBP prudential regulations and banking SOPs
Responsibilities
- Develop business for BOP at Work and align product offerings with strategy
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
- Execute product acquisition strategies to expand deposit base
- Add new clients and strengthen customer pipeline processes
- Ensure seamless onboarding of clients with high service standards
- Implement sales strategies for new acquisition and organic growth
- Conduct periodic client reviews to safeguard bank interests
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Design customized financial solutions based on client needs
- Structure pricing and deals with approvals from management
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of mandates
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely documentation
- Cross sell consumer finance products including credit cards and loans
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies
