Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university (Master’s preferred)
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 14, 2026
- For Band 10: Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience
- For Band 9 to Band 8: Minimum 4 years of banking experience including 2 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of SME banking, credit analysis and financial products
- Understanding of SBP prudential regulations and credit policies
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients and acquire new customers
- Prepare and process SME credit proposals and renewals in compliance with SBP regulations
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets as per KPIs
- Provide financial advisory services to clients and recommend suitable banking products
- Ensure timely completion of pre and post sanction documentation and disbursement formalities
- Coordinate with RCAD for issuance of DAC and credit processing requirements
- Ensure turnaround time (TAT) for credit processing is met as per SBP and internal policies
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with banking procedures
- Promote SME banking products including loans, deposits and other financial services
