Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university
- Preference for candidates with degrees in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP
- Maximum age up to 55 years as of April 14 2026
- Up to 9 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in similar role
- Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of IT and technology compliance frameworks aligned with SBP regulations
- Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies and procedures
- Coordinate with IT, Information Security and Digital Banking teams for compliance integration
- Ensure IT initiatives align with regulatory requirements within timelines
- Coordinate with SBP supervisory teams during regulatory reviews
- Support and develop technology compliance team capabilities
- Prepare compliance reports, risk indicators and management updates
- Ensure effective communication and resolution of compliance issues
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce improvements in digital processes
- Enhance controls and ensure compliance across technology systems
