Position: Officer Legal RFD

The Bank of Punjab offers an opportunity for experienced legal professionals through its BOP Litigation Jobs 2026 in Lahore. The Officer Legal RFD will support the Bank in protecting its legal rights and interests. The role focuses on litigation matters related to RFD and requires strong knowledge of banking laws, court procedures, and legal documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum LLB or relevant degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university or institute; minimum 2 years of experience with knowledge of banking laws; maximum age 55 years as of the date of application.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the RFD litigation portfolio; vet plaints, suits, petitions, replications, writ petitions, appeals and representations; coordinate with external legal counsels; ensure timely issuance of POA and payment of approved professional fees; attend court and judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings; coordinate with Relationship Managers; prepare and maintain case briefs; update daily court proceedings in MIS; assist the MIS Team in maintaining litigation records; attend auction proceedings and assist the court auctioneer when required; perform other assignments from the Chief Legal Officer and line management.
