Position Details

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or 16 years of education is required, preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Livestock, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of overall field-level experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in monitoring livelihood asset transfer programmes is required.
• Experience in community development, training, technical vocational education and livelihoods is required.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of skill development and employment in rural areas.
• Excellent report writing skills are required.
• Coordination and relationship management skills are required.
• The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grant Manager-Livelihoods in providing technical and operational support to Partner Organizations.
• Monitor livelihood grants, productive asset transfers, skills development, employment and income-generation activities.
• Review, validate and verify progress reports, beneficiary data and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate MIS data entry and updating for assigned Partner Organizations.
• Support field visits and output monitoring.
• Support monitoring tools, checklists, indicators, benchmarks and reporting formats.
• Identify data gaps and implementation challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support collection, verification and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to Partner Organization staff.
• Track livelihood beneficiary outcomes and maintain monitoring records.
• Coordinate with the M&E team.
• Provide progress updates to PMU management.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
