Position Details

Requirements

• At least 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related discipline is required.
• Advanced certifications in networking, mobile monitoring or GIS-based reporting tools are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, mobile application development and MIS is required.
• Experience and skills in IT, network management and webpage management are required.
• Candidates should be able to provide effective technical solutions with minimum delay.
• The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PGEP MIS and IT systems.
• Coordinate with the MIS Consultant on customization, testing and operationalization.
• Provide technical orientation to Partner Organizations for MIS data entry and reporting.
• Monitor data-entry issues and coordinate system problem resolution.
• Support development and maintenance of mobile applications and digital tools.
• Support digital data collection using smartphones, tablets and related tools.
• Support online dashboards and digital reporting tools.
• Provide technical support for networks, hardware, software, internet connectivity and user access.
• Support website and webpage management.
• Maintain data backups, security, access controls and confidentiality.
• Maintain system documentation and troubleshooting records.
• Coordinate with software developers and service providers.
• Support integration of MIS outputs with M&E requirements.
• Provide practical solutions to MIS and IT issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
