BOP Jobs 2026 offer an excellent opportunity for experienced banking professionals seeking a career with The Bank of Punjab. The Bank is hiring a Team Leader-SME for its SME Division under the Consumer Banking Group in Faisalabad.
BOP Jobs 2026 has more than 35 years of presence in Pakistan and operates through a network of more than 900 branches and ATMs across the country. The Bank provides premium banking services and focuses on value-added solutions for its customers through advanced services.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned hub and team business targets. The role also involves SME financing, customer acquisition, relationship management, credit processing, recovery, compliance and business development.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience
- Relevant banking experience preferred
- Maximum age limit 55 years as of the date of application
- Strong knowledge of SME banking and financing
- Understanding of credit processing and risk assessment
- Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations
- Customer relationship management skills
- Business development and recovery skills
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned hub and team business targets
- Ensure balanced financing growth across SME, Commercial/Corporate and SBP scheme segments
- Onboard New to Bank customers
- Strengthen and deepen existing customer relationships
- Grow funded and non-funded business
- Structure proposals and negotiate terms
- Provide financial advice and solutions to customers
- Generate business leads and cross-sell banking products
- Monitor and reduce NPLs
- Conduct customer visits and ensure timely recovery
- Maintain compliance with Bank procedures and SBP regulations
- Conduct customer screening
- Maintain credit discipline
- Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals
- Perform financial analysis and credit risk assessment
- Complete pre- and post-sanction formalities
- Monitor approved credit package terms and conditions
- Maintain customer records and required reports
- Conduct business calls and submit visit reports
- Protect customer information
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Resolve audit and SBP observations
