Requirements

  • Provide guidance on business registration, licensing and compliance.

  • Confirm entered data with clients before submission.
  • Help businesses access government incentives and support programmes.
  • Respond to business inquiries.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through timely assistance.
  • Address complaints and business issues.
  • Maintain accurate business interaction records.
  • Assist with reports, documents and presentations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Facilitate communication between businesses and authorities.
  • Maintain business-client and regulatory databases.
  • Prepare reports on BFC activities and business trends.
  • Analyse data and recommend improvements.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the competent authority.
