Position Details
Grants Manager Livelihood PASS Jobs 2026 are being offered by the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety for three PPS-9 contract vacancies in Islamabad. These positions focus on implementation, monitoring and reporting of livelihood interventions and coordination with Partner Organizations.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Livestock or a related field is required.
- At least 7 years of overall field-level experience is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in monitoring livelihood asset-transfer programmes is required.
- Experience implementing or coordinating M&E systems is required.
- Experience collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data is required.
- Knowledge of logical framework design is required.
- Good understanding of skill development and employment in rural areas is required.
- Excellent report writing skills are required.
- The maximum age limit is 48 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Partner Organizations for livelihood interventions.
- Monitor livelihood grants, asset transfers, skills development, employment and income-generation activities.
- Review, validate and verify progress reports and programme data.
- Ensure accurate MIS data entry for assigned Partner Organizations.
- Conduct field visits and output monitoring.
- Support monitoring tools, indicators and reporting mechanisms.
- Strengthen data collection, analysis and reporting systems.
- Provide capacity-building support to Partner Organizations.
- Contribute to programme reports, reviews, evaluations and assessments.
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager Monitoring, Evaluation and Research.
- Ensure coordination between livelihood interventions and the graduation approach.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director.
