Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University
- Maximum age limit 50 years as on closing date

Responsibilities
- Formulate, review, and update the Bank's Credit Policy and Credit Manual
- Develop and implement accessible agricultural credit policies and tailored delivery mechanisms
- Manage the annual account closing process with focus on credit portfolio accuracy, provisioning, and compliance
- Prepare and submit the department's annual financial budget, estimates, manpower plans, and regulatory statements
- Review, address, and coordinate resolution of observations raised in internal and external audit reports
- Supervise the performance of all credit schemes and products
- Authorize and issue instructional circulars and guidance letters
- Monitor and evaluate performance of digital credit initiatives including E-Credit Scheme and PLRA Project
- Foster and maintain effective liaison with key stakeholders including Federal/Provincial Governments, SBP, PLRA, PITB
