Requirements
- Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent relevant degree
- Degree must be from HEC recognized institution or reputed foreign university
- At least 1 year relevant post qualification experience in IT systems, software development, or technical support
- Strong understanding of government IT infrastructure and digital governance preferred
- Proficiency in system administration, database management, or network security is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support PFAS digital transformation initiatives and public sector technology projects
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
- Assist in development and deployment of government digital services
- Ensure data security, backup protocols, and system compliance standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for IT procurement and implementation
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT tools and platforms
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations
