Position Details

Senior Grants Manager Livelihood PASS Jobs 2026 are available at the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety for two PPS-10 contract positions in Islamabad. The role is responsible for overall regional implementation of livelihood projects and coordination with Partner Organizations and project stakeholders.

The selected candidates will oversee project delivery, grant management, monitoring, reporting and compliance with approved objectives and donor requirements. Senior Grants Manager Livelihood PASS Jobs 2026 require a Master’s degree or 16 years of education and at least ten years of field-level experience, including substantial experience in grants and livelihood asset-transfer programmes.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Livestock, Project Management or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of overall field-level experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in grants and livelihood asset-transfer programmes is required.
  • Experience implementing or coordinating M&E systems is required.
  • Experience collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data is required.
  • Knowledge of logical framework design is required.
  • Understanding of skill development and employment in rural areas is required.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills are required.
  • Supervision and multidisciplinary team-management skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder representation skills are required.
  • The maximum age limit is 52 years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation of projects across assigned regions and districts.
  • Provide operational guidance to Grant Management Teams, consultants and Partner Organizations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project assets, services and interventions to eligible beneficiaries.
  • Review implementation plans, advance requests, financial forecasts, Statements of Expenditure, work plans and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress against targets and deliverables.
  • Identify implementation challenges and ensure corrective action.
  • Coordinate with support functions, Partner Organizations and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and quality project reporting.
  • Maintain linkages with target households and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with approved policies and donor requirements.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Project Director.
