Senior Manager Financial Management PASS Jobs 2026 are available at the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety for one PPS-10 contract position in Islamabad. Requirements

  • A Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required, or CA, ACMA, ACCA or M.Com qualifications.
  • At least 10 years of relevant financial-management experience is required.
  • Experience in accounting, auditing, financial management and reporting is required.
  • Development-sector and multi-stakeholder project experience is required.
  • Experience preparing annual budgets and periodic financial progress reports is required.
  • Experience reviewing Statements of Expenditure and handling audits is required.
  • Excellent report writing skills are required.
  • The maximum age limit is 52 years.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure preparation and submission of financial reports and fund requests.
  • Review Partner Organizations’ Statements of Expenditure.
  • Ensure accurate recording of budgets and expenditures.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and tax deductions.
  • Coordinate verification and financial audits.
  • Coordinate with government departments, donors, auditors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and audit annual financial statements.
  • Facilitate government, external and donor audits.
  • Conduct field visits and strengthen Partner Organization financial capacity.
  • Respond to audit observations and coordinate DAC and PAC matters.
  • Maintain records of audit compliance and closure.
  • Perform financial-management duties assigned by the Project Director.
