Position Details

Requirements
- At least a Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Agriculture or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years of overall field-level experience is required.
- At least 5 years of programme monitoring and evaluation experience is required.
- Experience developing M&E frameworks and monitoring tools is required.
- Experience with large-scale programmes and development or donor agencies is an advantage.
- Experience collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data is required.
- Knowledge of logical framework design is required.
- The maximum age limit is 52 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and updating of the project M&E framework and results-based log-frame.
- Plan and oversee surveys, studies, assessments and evaluations.
- Coordinate poverty graduation tracking surveys.
- Conduct outcome monitoring surveys and assessments.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, annual and completion progress reporting.
- Support donor implementation missions with analysis and evidence.
- Monitor and update the Project Improvement Plan and results framework.
- Maintain project log-frame results.
- Contribute to the Annual Work Plan and Budget.
- Coordinate with federal and provincial government agencies.
- Supervise MIS functions related to project performance data.
- Participate in field visits and data validation exercises.
- Conduct statistical analysis of project progress.
- Ensure compliance with M&E requirements.
- Strengthen M&E capacity of project staff and Partner Organizations.
- Perform other M&E duties assigned by the Project Director.
