Senior Manager LEA BOP Jobs 2026 provide an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals seeking a long-term career with The Bank of Punjab. The Bank is hiring a Senior Manager-LEA for its Law Enforcement Agency Division under the Legal Group in Lahore.
The Bank of Punjab has more than 35 years of presence in Pakistan and operates through a network of more than 900 branches across the country. It provides premium banking services and focuses on value-added solutions through advanced services.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute or foreign university
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Knowledge of banking laws
- Experience with legal affairs and law enforcement matters preferred
- Understanding of NAB, FIA and Anti-Corruption matters
- Knowledge of judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings
- Strong legal drafting and advisory skills
- Maximum age limit 55 years as of the date of application
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Bank's LEA portfolio including NAB, FIA, Anti-Corruption, Court Orders and other LEA matters
- Protect the Bank's legal rights and interests
- Provide timely and legally sound responses to LEA notices, inquiries, investigations and proceedings
- Review LEA notices and investigations and provide legal opinions
- Provide instructions regarding sharing of information, records and documents with LEAs
- Supervise drafting and vetting of legal documents
- Coordinate with external counsels and monitor their performance
- Monitor appearances and statements of Bank officials before LEAs and legal forums
- Supervise matters involving fraud, embezzlement, digital banking fraud, parallel banking and other financial crimes
- Follow up on FIR registration, criminal proceedings and investigations
- Support recovery of Bank funds and protection of legal interests
- Review complex LEA briefs and legal opinions
- Guide team members on sensitive and high-value cases
- Monitor workload, pending matters and statutory or regulatory timelines
- Provide status reports and escalate significant developments and risks
- Appear before LEAs, judicial and quasi-judicial forums when required
- Assist the Head LEA and Chief Legal Officer in strategic, complex and high-risk matters
