Senior Manager Legal BOP Jobs 2026 offer an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals seeking a long-term career in the banking sector. The Bank of Punjab is hiring a Senior Manager-Legal Corporate & Regulatory Affairs for its Legal Affairs Division in Lahore.

Requirements
- Minimum LLB or relevant degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university or institute
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking laws, legal affairs and corporate management
- Maximum age limit 55 years as of the date of application
- Strong knowledge of banking laws
- Knowledge of corporate legal matters
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Legal drafting and document review skills
- Legal research and advisory skills
- Experience with banking and corporate transactions
Responsibilities
- Assist Unit Head Legal Affairs and Head Legal Affairs in managing legal, corporate and regulatory matters
- Protect the Bank's legal rights and interests through timely legal support
- Draft, review and vet agreements, letters, notices, MOUs, dismissal orders and replies to notices
- Advise on interpretation of court orders and SBP or other regulatory directives
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and advisory notes
- Provide legal advice to Groups and Divisions on routine legal and regulatory matters
- Examine and vet legal documentation relating to financing, security, guarantees and corporate transactions
- Assist with legal matters involving Banking Mohtasib Pakistan and other regulatory or quasi-judicial authorities
- Maintain records of legal assignments, opinions and other legal matters
- Prepare periodic updates for the Legal Affairs Division
- Supervise and guide subordinates on assigned work
- Ensure compliance with internal turnaround times
